G2500M Car Kit

The car kit securely holds and charges your Treo 650, and the internal amplified speaker makes hands-free conversations loud and clear. You can also connect the car kit it to your car stereo (depending on functionality of the stereo), and enjoy the sound through your car speakers.

Seidio SGR-200 GPS

The Seidio SGR-200 wired receiver is based on an improved version of the SIRF Star II Chipset and is fully compatible with G2500 car kit; the receiver can be plugged into the G2500 cradle without the need of any additional cables. With low power consumption, the GR-200 tracks up to 12 satellites at a time, re-acquires satellite signals in 100 ms and updates position data every second.

Car Kit Mounting Solutions

Both an air vent and a windshield pedestal is included with the car kit. Use either one to mount the car kit where it offers the best possible place for viewing. With Seidio’s exclusive swivel adaptor (included), the mount can turn into a sturdy swivel mount. The swivel adapter is custom designed to offer your Treo 650 side-to-side movement or 360-degree swivel rotation. The swivel adapter provides the ability to position the Treo 650 at every possible angle for best viewing and maximizing driver/passenger readability. 

The cradle is powered by your car's 12 or 24-volt power source. A detachable DC cigarette lighter power cord is included. You can plug the cigarette lighter cord into your cigarette lighter or wire the cradle directly into the car's electrical system with an optional hardwire power cable.
